The Trump Administration is urging lawmakers on Capitol Hill to prepare for the eventual departure of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg after the aging judge missed oral arguments for the third day in a row.
Ginsburg, who is immensely popular with the American left, is 85 years old and it shows. While she’s certainly had a prolific career in the legal sphere marked by a perfect attendance on the Supreme Court bench up until this week, it’s becoming clear to everyone honest about the issue that it’s better for everyone if she retires.
Now, Ginsburg has faced considerable pressure from both Democrats in Congress as well as the liberal media to simply wait out her tenure until President Donald Trump leaves office — under the assumption that the next president will be a Democrat who will replace her with an equally liberal judge. While this is certainly not a guarantee, Ginsburg’s departure in the near future would give the president an astonishing third Supreme Court pick in his first term.
Considering the Brett Kavanaugh showdown just a few months ago, the idea that President Trump would get another Supreme Court pick following Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch may actually be enough to cause liberal heads to literally explode in the middle of the street. Remember: Kavanaugh was beyond qualified for the role, and wasn’t even that right-wing. That didn’t stop Democrats in the Senate like Dianne Feinstein from launching what was nothing less than a smear campaign to prevent Kavanaugh’s nomination. It’s worth noting that, to this day, none of the sexual assault allegations levied against Kavanaugh have been substantiated in any way. None of the accusers have attempted to move forward with them since he began work with the Supreme Court.
But if you think that replacing the moderate Anthony Kennedy was a circus, just wait and see what we’re in for when the notorious RBG heads into retirement.

RBG is staying on the Supreme Court because retiring now, would give President Trump and the p3eople of America would benefit from a new nominee to benefit the country, but wants life to annoy Trump.
I FEEL BAD THAT SOME INSANE PEOPLE HAVE THE COURAGE TO REQUEST 85 YEAR OLD SCOTUS member to remain painfully waiting for Trump to end his first term on the foolish assumption that a Democrat will win in 2020. What an astonishing stupidity the idea is. Please Justice RBG we all love you and wish you the best BUT kindly take pity on yourself and retire as colorfully as you entered the Bench having made history on all occasions.
We still feel sad for the way the GOP denied President Obama his constitutional right to confirm his nominee on the unfortunate death of a member of the Court. I do not think it is fair to Justice Ginsburg to be sacrificed on the alter of
political dice and dent her noble courage and outstanding legal leadership. God has blessed you with good health and must reciprocate that love by doing the needful—-RETIRE, DONOT WAIT FOR DEATH TO RETIRE YOU.

I agree with Philip’s sentiment, RBG must retire. Sleeping on does a dis-service to the country and benefits no one especially herself. Trump deserves the honor of replacing her with another of equal legal knowledge but with a solid backing of the constitution, that is an originalist, someone who will defend American ideals and all Americans against the depravity of the left.

Justice Ginsburg has often said we should look to foreign laws and “international” law to guide SCOTUS in its decisions on cases before the Court. She is not and has never been a fan of our Constitution, despite her oath of office, choosing instead the “appeal” of socialism. This from someone who, as a Jew, should have been mindful of the holocaust committed by the National Socialist Party of Germany under Adolph Hitler, and the outrageous acts of communist dictators Josef Stalin and Mao Ze Dung. SCOTUS and the American people will be markedly better off without her. Her only fans are those who are proponents of abortion, i.e., baby-killing.

Since the teenage rape allegation failed to keep Justice Kavanaugh off the court, I wonder what the Dems will come up with against the next nominee.
