The fight between Biden and the private company (Sheetz Inc.) occurred after Joe paid a visit to one of their Pennsylvania gas stations.
After Trump had been seen at several establishments surrounded by hordes of supporters chanting his name, Biden attempted to recreate that seen to “prove” he can pull the same level of support – except he can’t.
The man who “got the most votes in history” in 2020 pulled up to the Pittsburgh Sheetz gas station where he was greeted by TOTAL SILENCE.
Footage from the appearance captured Biden walking in as two children and their mother sat idly by and watched the old man wander through the store (likely watching to see if he would trip and fall).
In that footage you could hear the in-store music playing pretty clearly, revealing just how dead silent it was in there – with no cheers, and no chants of his name.
What was supposed to be a positive PR move for the Biden regime backfired BIG TIME and really just made it clear how unpopular the president actually is.
Later, Biden would go on to visit a Wawa gas station where it would ultimately be revealed that every single moment of it was carefully scripted to make Biden seem like less of a dunce.
However, apparently Sheetz didn’t get the memo that every Biden appearance needs to be staged with a group of paid actors willing to pretend to be his supporters – so the regime PUNISHED THEM!
Just one day after visiting the Sheetz gas station, Biden decided to SUE Sheetz Inc. for… racial discrimination?
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity commission (EEOC) argued in their lawsuit that Sheetz had violated federal law, denying employment of a certain class of applicants based on race because they would not hire felons.
Sheetz, operating more than 600 locations in six states, has for some time been screening out job applicants based on criminal conviction records, denying employment to felons as many companies do.
But according to Biden’s EEOC, in doing this Sheetz was “disproportionately screening out Black, Native American/Alaska Native and multiracial applicants.”
“Federal law mandates that employment practices causing a disparate impact because of race or other protected classifications must be shown by the employer to be necessary to ensure the safe and efficient performance of the particular jobs at issue,” said EEOC Regional Attorney Debra M. Lawrence.
She continued, “Even when such necessity is proven, the practice remains unlawful if there is an alternative practice available that is comparably effective in achieving the employer’s goals but causes less discriminatory effect.”
EEOC Philadelphia District Office Director Jamie R. Williamson said, “The EEOC is dedicated to making sure that individuals with criminal records are not unlawfully excluded from employment opportunities because of race,” but in reality it’s clear the government agency has an ulterior motive here.
Just one day after Biden had a politically disastrous photo-op at one of their stores this company is being hit with absurd and baseless accusations of “racism” which could force them into serious financial trouble.
