WATCH: Leftist Protesters Tricked Into Chanting “Orange Man Bad!”

It really didn’t take that long for anti-Trump protesters to become walking, talking parodies of themselves.

Some time ago, the so-called “NPC Meme” took the internet by storm. The images compared American leftists and anti-Trump demonstrators to “NPCs”, or “non-playable characters” — that is, characters that just operate as they are programmed to in video games. The cartoons commonly feature the phrase “orange man bad!”

Well, the left really didn’t like that meme too much. It was such a problem, that many of the usual suspects were forced to run headlines about it condemning the meme-ing. However, not everyone was in on the joke.

In a video for InfoWars, conservative activist Kaitlin Bennet attended an anti-Trump protest in Washington, DC carrying a sign with the characteristic slogan written on it. The reverse side read “Mike Pence for President,” a reminder that a Trump impeachment would lead to the traditional conservative assuming the office instead. Of course, this was all done to bait the protesters into embracing these slogans, and it was surprisingly effective.

Now, there were a few protesters who were keen on the joke, and reacted pretty harshly. Most, however, had no idea they were being played. So, when they were asked by Kaitlin to join in on a “orange man bad!” chant, they didn’t think twice about it. Now, we don’t need cartoons to make fun of these people — they are more than happy to do the heavy lifting for us.

Besides that, the video is worth the watch just to get an idea of how comfy these protests can be. If you pay attention, you’ll notice food trucks and everything — life is pretty cool for protesters who are convinced the world is ending because of the Evil Orange Man.

Kaitlin Bennet rose to prominence on conservative internet forums when her college graduation photos went viral. Bennet took the opportunity to show her support for the Second Amendment by posing with an AR-15, which garnered quick emotional reactions from everyone else who saw them.
