Whistleblower: Hundreds of Servicemembers Killed in Faulty Remdesivir Trials

A US military whistleblower has released documents proving that hundreds of servicemembers were killed during improperly administered Remdesivir trials.

As the US government rushed headlong into developing unsafe and ineffective COVID vaccines, Tony Fauci at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was also pushing trials of Remdesivir as a treatment for people with severe COVID. Fauci did this because he was trying to disprove the use of cheap and effective Ivermectin for the coronavirus.

The data that the whistleblower released is from the Department of Defense Joint Trauma System. It shows that by March 2020, the military was administering Remdesivir to servicemembers with COVID.

Remdesivir had not received FDA approval as a potential treatment for the coronavirus yet. The DoD obtained an emergency use authorization (EUA) to conduct clinical trials with Remdesivir in military members with severe COVID.

Remdesivir is an antiviral drug. Pharmaceutical company Gilead obtained a 20-year patent on it in 2017, so it stood to make a tidy profit if the company could get Remdesivir approved as one of the few treatments approved by the FDA for COVID.

The problem with Remdesivir is that it doesn’t seem to work very well and it often kills the patient. They tried using Remdesivir as a treatment for Ebola in the Congo a few years ago and it ended up killing 53% of the patients.

Even with that disastrous track record, Gilead received FDA approval to do clinical trials on military members with COVID in February 2020.

The military started giving Remdesivir to soldiers in March 2020 and they immediately started dying from the treatment. They were all listed by the military as “COVID deaths,” according to the documents. A total of 941 servicemembers died from Remdesivir treatments, representing 63.9% of all the military patients who were injected with it.

The FDA issued emergency use authorization for Remdesivir in August 2020 and full approval in October 2020. Most of the deaths occurred between November 2020 and July 2021.

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 2021 revealed that Remdesivir was in fact killing military members. Among more than 2,300 patients who were administered the treatment, they found that the “treatment was not associated with survival.”

The military conducted three Phase 3 clinical trials with Remdesivir in 2020 and 2021. All of them were sponsored by Tony Fauci at NIAID. According to the documents, none of the trials used a proper placebo control group, which means there was no way to tell whether Remdesivir was even working.

One of the trials didn’t use a placebo group at all. They simply gave every soldier Remdesivir. 59 recipients died in another trial. All-cause mortality was 7.1% over the course of the three trials and 25% of Remdesivir recipients experienced serious adverse reactions.

The deaths definitely were not caused by COVID. Most of the all-cause mortality deaths were from acute renal injury and failure, liver dysfunction, and hepatic failure. Those were all known side effects of Remdesivir that they discovered during the Ebola trials in Africa.

Another crime committed was that the soldiers were not being given informed consent. They were not told that Remdesivir had been mostly fatal during the Ebola trials. Here’s where it gets truly sinister.

The servicemembers who were offered Remdesivir already had COVID. As Remdesivir recipients were dying during the trials, the servicemembers were told that these were COVID deaths in order to coerce them into trying it.

“Look at all those people dying from COVID!”

It was a lie. They were dying from the Remdesivir and the deaths were classified as COVID deaths. They used this to scare and coerce other military members into trying Remdesivir.

According to data published by Military.com last year, only 99 total servicemembers died during COVID: 64 soldiers, 16 airmen, and 17 sailors. But the Remdesivir trials killed 941 servicemembers. This “treatment” was almost 10 times more fatal than the disease itself.

Even as they were killing military members with this patented drug, Tony Fauci was funding researchers at the University of North Carolina to smear Ivermectin (which was cheap, generic, and not patented) as ineffective. If it had been known that Ivermectin cures COVID, federal law would have required suspension of the emergency use authorization of the COVID vaccines and Remdesivir. They put corporate profits for the Big Pharma companies ahead of patient care.
