President Joe Biden has given us a message for National Prayer Day, and in so doing, he left the word “God” out. Progressives and even many moderates want gloss over this, but it matters more than most Americans think.
“Throughout our history, Americans of many religions have turned to prayer,” Biden said. “Prayer has nourished souls and powered moral movements — including fights against racial injustice, child labor, and infringement on the rights of the disabled. Prayer is also a daily practice for many, whether it is to ask for help or strength, or to give thanks over blessings bestowed.”
Biden never once mentioned the word “God,” though he has been noted as having done so at other events. But on this one day, the National Day of Prayer, he leaves it out. Remember, this is a man who claims to be a committed Catholic. Whether you’re Catholic or not, it’s well known that followers of this faith aren’t known to leave God out of, well, anything…
Certainly, it could be incidental. After all, Biden leaves a lot of words out nearly every time he speaks. However, never let it stray far from your mind the fact that the radical leftist mode of governance would take the position of God, or of the highest principle, in your mind, and in your life. It is a fundamental characteristic of tyranny. So when the man we are expected to call “President” omits God, we need not wonder why.
As conservatives, we know well that our faith, our morality, and our way of life are not accepted and not welcome among the most strident leftist groups. They call us names, they build strawman arguments to represent our world view, and they impose their so-called “progressive” ideas even on the church itself. Many of our churches have bowed to this “woke” ideology, to their detriment.
If there’s one thing that most of the world’s religions can agree on, it’s that the creator may be known by the term, “God.” For Christians, it simply means the creator of the universe and the life in it. For Jews, it means roughly the same thing, as it does for Muslims. Even Buddhists and most eastern religions will not argue with your use of the word, should you use it in those terms.
Another thing that all of the religious systems mentioned here have in common is the fact that their practitioners have been brutally persecuted in communist countries. The reason for this is plain. Communism is an extreme form of centralized government power. In such a system, no force, entity, organization, or idea is permitted to hold a place of greater authority than the State. For this same reason, the Left has openly declared war on the Family, Logic/Reason, and religion.
If you love your family more than you trust the government, you will not inform on them when they break COVID restrictions. If you know and trust philosophy, logic, and reason more than you trust the tiresome explications of tax-fed institutions then you will not believe what the government tells you when it violates the structure of logic. If you love God and obey his word, you will — once again — not hold government as the highest authority.
This is why they attack Christianity. This is, we believe, largely why they want us to go to church on Zoom — because when “three or more of you are gathered in my name…” well, you know the thing.
Biden is NOT my President and NEVER will be!! I don’t know why anyone would be surprised that he left God out of his speech, he wouldn’t even place his hand directly on the Bible for his FAKE Inauguration! He does not represent this country! he is just trying to finish Obama’s plan to destroy this country! But when God decides the time is right, they will both meet their master Lucifer.
